Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: London and Home Counties
Rate: £23 – £26 per hour
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a family-owned M&E provider for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join their maintenance team operating across a commercial property portfolio in London and the Home Counties.
This role is mobile, covering a range of commercial sites. You’ll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, breakdowns, and servicing of air conditioning systems. This is a long-term contract opportunity, with ongoing work and potential to go permanent.
Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Hours:
Working 40 hours a week across Monday to Friday, with 60-minute travel time in the morning and evening.

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems
* Work across multiple sites including offices, retail, and commercial spaces
* Attend reactive breakdowns and complete scheduled PPMs
* Systems include VRVs, VRFs, splits, multi-splits, AHUs, and chillers
* Complete all job documentation accurately and on time
* Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 or higher in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
* F-Gas 2079/2089 certification
* Proven experience with commercial HVAC systems including VRV/VRF, AHUs, chillers, etc.
* Background in building services or FM environments
* Flexible, reliable, and professional with a strong work ethic
* 17th/18th Edition (advantageous but not essential)Before You Apply
