Job Description
Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer – Nationwide – £17–£19 per hour
Package:
£17.00 – £19.00 per hour (based on experience)
40-hour contract
Door-to-door pay
Plenty of overtime available
Company van and fuel card (no personal use)
20 days holiday + bank holidays
1 additional holiday day per year of service (up to 5 extra days)

The Role:
We are recruiting experienced Air Conditioning Engineers to join a well-established building services company based in Lincolnshire, with a growing national presence. Engineers will work across a range of environments, with the majority of work focused on commercial and industrial sites, including major contracts with logistics companies such as DHL.
This is a mobile role covering sites across the UK, involving a mix of planned maintenance, servicing, and reactive repairs of air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning systems
Perform reactive maintenance and fault finding
Complete system repairs and component replacements as required
Work across a mix of environments including commercial, industrial, retail, and occasional domestic sites
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
Accurately complete service reports and documentation
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
F-Gas certification (essential)
Experience in commercial and/or industrial environments preferred
Full UK driving licence
