Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 per year (negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications)
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning & Mechanical Engineer to join a well-established M&E services company based in Sutton, Surrey.
You’ll be part of a small, experienced mobile team covering London, Greater London, and the South of England, providing service, maintenance, and installation support across a variety of commercial building systems.
Skills & Experience:
*
Minimum Level 2 F-Gas qualification
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
*
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
*
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
*
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
*
Capable of both service and installation work
*
Chiller knowledge is an advantage
*
Good computer literacy and customer-facing skills
*
Exposure to M&E building services
*
Proactive, flexible approach with a desire to develop further technical skills
Key Responsibilities:
Working on a range of commercial systems including:
*
Gas-fired boilers
*
Oil-fired boilers
*
Pumps and pipework systems
*
Air handling units
*
Manual and actuated valves
*
Chillers
*
Split A/C systems
*
VRV / VRF systems
