Location: Hampshire
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 9pm (Fully Flexible) and Saturday mornings 8am - 12pm or 9am-1pm
Pay: From £13.50 per hour
Hours per week: 30-40

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for a dependable and proactive Mobile Cleaner to join their team. This role requires working during weekdays (flexible times) and Saturday mornings, covering multiple sites across the South Hampshire region.
About the role:
You will be a key member of the cleaning team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. The role demands flexibility, a strong work ethic, and excellent attention to detail. You will work independently and as part of a team, ensuring all cleaning tasks meet the agreed specifications and allocated hours.
Key responsibilities:
Carry out cleaning duties as per specification
Provide cover for holidays, sickness, and additional shifts across different locations
Maintain excellent communication with clients and team members
Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled hoursCandidate requirements:
Valid, clean UK manual driving licence essential
Previous cleaning experience required
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Must be willing to work weekday evenings and Saturday mornings
Over 30 years old to use the company vehicle and fuel card; under 30s with own vehicle welcome to apply
Access to a mobile phone and internet for app-based communication and clocking in/out
