Job Description
The Role
As a Mobile Cleaner, you'll provide flexible cleaning support to multiple commercial and residential sites throughout Yorkshire and the North. From deep cleans to emergency responses, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out a range of cleaning duties, including:
* End-of-tenancy cleans
* Deep and void property cleans
* Office and communal area cleaning
* Reactive/emergency cleaning (e.g., spills, accidents)
* Travel between sites using your own vehicle or a company-provided vehicle.
* Use our mobile portal/app to receive job details, update progress, and submit completion reports.
* Follow site-specific cleaning protocols and comply with health & safety standards.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct at all times.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Previous professional cleaning experience
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (if not using a company vehicle)
* Ability to manage time independently and adapt to changing schedules
* Excellent attention to detail
* Basic knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines
Desirable:
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
* Experience in multi-site or mobile cleaning roles
* Familiarity with mobile job tracking systems
