Mobile Cleaning Operative
Location: South West England – Bath, Somerset, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire & Wales
Salary: £29,120 per year (equivalent to £14.00 per hour, based on 40 hours per week)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexibility required for start times and occasional weekend work.
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Activus Recruitment is hiring a Mobile Cleaning Operative on behalf of a leading UK commercial cleaning contractor. This is a varied and mobile role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across different locations and takes pride in delivering high standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out deep cleans, buffing, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning at multiple client sites
*
Travel between locations using a company-provided vehicle
*
Work independently or as part of a small team
*
Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently
*
Be flexible with working hours based on site and business needs
Requirements:

Full UK driving licence (essential)
*
Minimum 6 months’ cleaning experience preferred
*
Supervisory experience desirable
*
Reliable, trustworthy, and motivated
*
Able to communicate effectively and follow instructions
