Mobile Facilities Operative - Cleaning & Hygiene Services
Location: Essex
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annum
We're currently recruiting for a dedicated Mobile Facilities Operative on behalf of a well-established national service provider. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to work within a high-performing team that keeps environments spotless, safe, and welcoming.
Whether you're already in the cleaning industry or keen to start a rewarding new career, full training is provided-what matters most is your attitude, flexibility, and commitment to doing a great job.
🧼 What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out routine and specialist cleaning tasks to high standards
Travelling between sites in a company vehicle to complete assignments
Supporting one-off cleans, deep cleans, and scheduled maintenance tasks
Communicating effectively with clients and teams to ensure satisfaction
Delivering excellent customer service with professionalism and care💪 What We're Looking For
No prior experience required-just a willingness to learn and grow
Ideally some understanding of cleaning procedures and standards
Flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering quality work
Full UK driving licence is essential-vehicle provided
Comfortable with occasional weekend work, overnight stays, and varied shifts
Willing to complete company-funded training courses as required
