Job Description
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Mobile Commercial Vehicle Technician with a service and repair centre covering the Southampton area.
Our Automotive Client has a need for a Mobile Commercial Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary up to £43,290 plus earning potential
OTE approximately £45,000 including overtime and call-out opportunities
Flexible start times, mainly between 07:30 – 08:30, with early shifts available
Opportunities for call-outs and Saturday work for extra earnings
Working across mobile servicing, roadside breakdowns, and workshop repairs
Supportive and friendly team environment
Ongoing training and development opportunitiesDuties:
Conducting thorough vehicle damage assessments
Preparing accurate repair estimates
Liaising with insurance companies and customers
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Managing repair processes from start to finishRequirements:
Proven experience as a VDA / Estimator in an accident repair centre
Audatex/ATA qualification is beneficial but not essential to apply
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressureThe salary of this Mobile Vehicle Technician role is up to £43290 basic.
The hours of work for this role are Flexible start times, mainly between 07:30 – 08:30, with early shifts available.
