Crusher & Screener Engineer
Salary/Bonuses: £20–£24 per hour | OTE £80K–£120K
Neos Engineering are partnered with a leading force in the crushing and screening sector, currently expanding their engineering team due to a strong pipeline of secured work across the UK. This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced Crusher & Screener Engineers to join a forward-thinking business offering excellent earning potential and long-term stability.
The Role
Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on mobile crushers and screeners
Conduct fault finding and diagnostics, both electrical and mechanical
Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently across various sites
Assist with plant setup, decommissioning, and transport
Work collaboratively with site teams within quarry and recycling environments
The Candidate
Previous experience working on crushers, screeners or similar heavy mobile plant
Strong diagnostic skills and hands-on knowledge of hydraulics, electrics, and engines
Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
CSCS, NPORS or CPCS certification (preferred, not essential)
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide (expenses paid)
The Benefits
£20–£24 per hour (DOE)
Regular overtime available – OTE £80K–£120K per year
45 hours per week, with weekend work on offer

Specialist tooling provided – own basic hand tools required
