Job Title: Mobile Crusher & Screener Engineer
Salary/Bonuses: £54,000 – £59,000 basic (Door-to-Door Pay) | £75,000+ achievable with overtime
Neos Engineering are partnered with a leading provider of mobile crushing and screening equipment, supporting a nationwide field service operation.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Crusher and Screener Service Engineer to join a mobile field service team. You will travel to customer sites to carry out service, maintenance, and breakdown support on a variety of crushing and screening machinery. This role offers door-to-door pay, a fully equipped company van, and excellent overtime opportunities, with potential earnings exceeding £75K per year.
Key Responsibilities:
Service and repair mobile crushers and screeners (various brands)
Diagnose hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical faults
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to urgent breakdowns
Complete service reports and maintain strong customer relationships
Work independently across multiple sites
The Candidate
Experience working with crushers, screeners, quarry equipment, or heavy plant machinery
Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and basic electrics
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel extensively and work overtime when required
