Position - Mobile Electrical Engineer

Salary - £50,000 per annum

Location - London

Working Hours - Monday-Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm

Reporting Into - Engineering Manager

I am currently searching for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to work for a well-established and growing FM maintenance provider across London. I am looking for a hard-working and reliable individual to join the team covering a portfolio of high-end commercial properties across the city.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that invests both time and training into their employees while offering genuine opportunities for progression and overtime.

Bundles of overtime available.

The ideal candidate must have strong all-round building services knowledge and experience working within commercial maintenance environments.

General duties will include planned and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple commercial sites throughout London, including:

* Lighting maintenance
* Emergency lighting testing
* Fault finding
* Socket replacements
* Distribution boards
* PPMs and reactive maintenance
* Inspection & testing
* General building services maintenance

The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in electrical installations which consist of the following:

* Level 3 Electrical Qualification
* 18th Edition
* 2391 Inspection & Testing (essential)
* Experience within commercial building maintenance
* Strong fault-finding ability
* Well presented & client facing
* Full UK Driving Licence
