Our client is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join their growing team, supporting a portfolio of commercial properties across Bracknell, Stevenage, Basingstoke, Chippenham, Central London, and occasional travel to Birmingham (1–2 times per month). This is a mobile role that requires flexibility to travel between multiple sites, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance. The successful Mobile Electrical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring compliance, safety, and service standards are consistently met across all locations. This role is ideal for a proactive and technically strong Mobile Electrical Engineer looking to work within a stable and supportive FM environment. * Key Responsibilities
* Provide necessary documentation for all tasks.
* Comply with full CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) requirements.
* Ensure all PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) is carried out to a high standard and accurately recorded.
* Completion of Fixed Wire Testing and all associated remedial works.
* Deliver reactive maintenance to a high standard, ensuring accurate job logging and follow up.
* Maintain regular communication with job requesters to provide status updates.
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations at all times.
* Uphold technical standards and ensure all tasks meet required specifications.
* Conduct H&S inspections and risk assessments to support the wider facilities team.
* Handle general administrative duties as required.
* Maintain appropriate company records and documentation.
* Provide support to the client and on-site teams as needed.
* Identify and escalate maintenance concerns or recurring issues appropriately.
* Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments across the region.
Qualifications & Essential Skills
* Recognised electrical qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
* Proven experience as a Mobile Electrical Engineer in a multi-site facilities maintenance role.
* Strong working knowledge of building systems, compliance standards, and electrical testing.
* Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise tasks across multiple sites.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
* Comfortable with completing minor fabric tasks when required.
* Flexible approach to travel and working hours
