Job Description
Mobile Electrical Supervisor
We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Supervisor who knows what it takes to lead a mobile team, keep jobs on track, and step in when the work gets technical.
Based in Liverpool and covering the North West, you’ll split your time between site visits and job planning, making sure Mobile Electricians have what they need to deliver high-quality work, safely and efficiently.
You’ll be the go-to person for all things field-related – from scheduling and support to checking standards and resolving live issues.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Lead and organise the daily workload for a team of Mobile Electricians working across the region
· Be onsite regularly – providing supervision, technical support, and hands-on help when needed
· Keep projects moving by prioritising work and solving problems in real time
· Make sure all work is safe, compliant, and up to standard – including test equipment and PPE
· Help manage callouts and provide second-line support where needed
· Act as the link between electricians, customers, and internal departments
· Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, and provide regular coaching
· Maintain H&S practices, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and accurate records
· Ensure the team is organised, supported, and able to do their best work
What You’ll Need:
· Experience supervising electrical teams – ideally 5+ people
· ECS Gold Card (Installation Electrician)
· 2391 or 2395 Testing & Inspection qualification
· Full UK driving licence
· Good working knowledge of electrical regulations, safety systems, and site standards
· Able to take control of high-pressure situations, plan ahead, and keep your team focused
· Confident communicator who can manage people and keep jobs on track
· Comfortable travelling across the North West – van will be provided

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 Basic plus Generous Overtime & On-call allowances
