Job Description

Mobile Maintenance Engineer 
Bicester & Surrounding Areas
£43,000 – £45,000 per annum

 We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to deliver both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings.

 Key Responsibilities  
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs. 
Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults. 
Service and maintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF units, pumps, and motors. 
Complete general plumbing works, including TMV servicing, tap replacements, and pipework repairs. 
Conduct emergency lighting and fire alarm testing. 
Carry out basic water hygiene and L8 compliance tasks. 
Undertake general building fabric repairs and maintenance. 
Accurately complete job sheets and maintenance documentation.  Requirements  
City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Air Conditioning. 
Proven experience in commercial building services maintenance. 
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. 
Good customer service and communication skills. 
Full UK driving licence.  Salary & Benefits  
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm 
£43,000 – £45,000 per annum
