Mobile Fabric Engineer – Birmingham

Up to £30,000 + Company Vehicle + Benefits

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Mobile Fabric Engineer to join a growing facilities management team covering commercial properties throughout Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of fabric maintenance tasks, ensuring buildings are maintained to a high standard through both planned and reactive works.

Key Duties

  * General building fabric maintenance

  * Carpentry and joinery repairs

  * Painting and decorating

  * Basic plumbing repairs

  * Patch plastering and making good

  * Door, lock, and window repairs

  * Completing PPM tasks and reactive works

  * Maintaining health and safety standards

Requirements

  * Previous experience in a Fabric Engineer or Building Maintenance role

  * Experience within commercial environments

  * Multi-skilled maintenance background

  * Good customer-facing skills

  * Full UK Driving Licence
