Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Mobile Fabric Engineer, will be responsible for:

Undertaking all building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing & carpentry, and painting & decorating.
*
Working to high standards of health & safety and statutory requirements.
*
Ensuring regular monitoring and inspection procedures are completed for all equipment.
*
Reporting any defects and keeping clients informed of site activities.
*
Delivering both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
To be successful for this Mobile Fabric Engineer role you must have:
*
Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds (or equivalent).
*
Strong customer service skills.
*
A background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction, or a similar field (desirable).
*
A full UK driving licence.
