Forklift & Materials Handling Equipment Engineer - £35k-£45k + Van + Overtime
Are you an experienced Forklift Engineer / Plant Engineer who wants to feel valued, earn a strong salary, and enjoy real work-life balance?
We're looking for a skilled engineer who can bring their mechanical, electrical and hydraulic expertise to our busy team. This role is only open to engineers with proven experience in forklift trucks or materials handling equipment (MHE).
What You'll Do:
Service, repair and maintain forklifts and a wide range of materials handling equipment
Work on both rental fleet and customers' own equipment
What We're Looking For:
Strong background in forklift (FLT) engineering / MHE repair (essential)
Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
Confident in fault-finding, diagnostics and repairs
Great communication skills and a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge
Full UK driving licence & own hand tools
What's In It For You:
£35,000 - £45,000 basic salary
Monday-Friday 8hrs - no regular weekend work
25 days holiday + bank holidays, all paid
Overtime available daily (boost your earnings!)
