Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults on a range of HGV vehicles and plant machinery.
Conducting thorough servicing and preventative maintenance, with a particular focus on PTO systems.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety regulations.
Maintaining accurate records of all inspections, repairs, and maintenance carried out.To be successful in this HGV Mechanic role, you'll need:
A valid UK driving licence.
Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of HGV vehicles and plant equipment.
Specific experience working with PTO (Power Take-Off) systems is essential.
