Mobile Electrical Engineer (M&E) – Central London
📍 Location: Primarily Central London with occasional travel to Hampshire
💼 Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
🚐 Package: Company van, fuel card, and full company benefits
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
A leading facilities management provider is looking for a Mobile Electrical Engineer with a strong electrical background and some mechanical or HVAC knowledge to support a mixed portfolio of commercial sites across Central London, with occasional visits to Hampshire.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer with an electrical core skillset who is comfortable handling basic mechanical and plumbing tasks as part of a wider M&E remit.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial buildings
*
Support with general M&E tasks including basic HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
*
Diagnose faults and ensure timely resolution
*
Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety standards
*
Build strong relationships with clients and represent the company professionally
*
Participate in an on-call rota (if applicable)
✅ Requirements:
*
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation/Maintenance (or equivalent)
*
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
*
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems (AHUs, FCUs, pumps, plumbing etc.)
*
Experience in commercial or corporate environments is preferred
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
