Job Description

Electrical Maintenance Engineer   Mobile in Devon - M5 Corridor, Exeter, Torquay £38-40k (Level 3 & Multi Skilled will achieve the higher end)  25 days Holiday   Pension  
Are you an Electrician working within the Maintenance and Facilities Management sector, are you looking for a new role that will offer security and give you a good work life balance. 
  
 With a on call rota of 1 in 8-10 this role can offer you overtime when you want it with out being part of a call out rota every month. 
  
 As Mobile Maintenance Electrician you will be working for one of the UKs leading Facilities Services providers that have recently picked up a new contract within the Property Management sector. The contract is covering a number of Commercial properties across south Devon and up the M5 corridor.

You will deliver Planned and Reactive Maintenance including Statutory Compliance testing to various buildings in your patch, anything from Emergency light and Fire Alarm testing through to fixing sockets, changing bulbs / to LEDS, Small and Minor installations, testing (if qualified), it would also be advantageous if you have experience of PPMs in plant rooms and building fabrics. 

 Key Responsibilities Will Include
  
Carry out Electrical Planned, Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork. 
Be on a call out rota to provide the client with full out of hours cover. 
Overseeing visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety. 
Adopt a flexible attitude in relation to assisting on other properties within the portfolio. 
Carry out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. 
Understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time. 
Carry out work in a safe and diligent manner. 
Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.   
 Applicants For The Role Must Possess The Following
  
Fully qualified Electrician  
17th Edition or 18th edition  
Testing and Inspection 2391 - Desirable  
HVAC experience - Desirable  
Building Fabric experience - Advantageous    
Experience working within commercial environments 
Excellent communication skills 
Driving License
