Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Electrician
Location: Central & Greater London
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
Package: £46,000 + Vehicle and fuel

About the Role:
I am seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join my client’s team, to be regional across a London portfolio of small commercial properties. In this role, you will primarily perform maintenance tasks across PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks on Electrical and building services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform your regular PPM and reactive maintenance tasks as required, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
* Attend sites to carry out general building maintenance repairs, making good and snagging of fabrics
* Carry out Inspection & Testing, EICR’s and fixed wire testing.
* Oversee and manage sub-contractors where applicable, liaising with Contract Manager &/or client.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar Mobile Electrical Maintenance role.
* City & Guilds /NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in Electrical Installation
* 18th Edition and Inspection & Testing is desirable
* Knowledge of PPM/reactive maintenance of electrical and building services.
* Excellent communication skills.
