Facilitate Search have teamed up with one of the UK's largest FM Provider, they are on the lookout for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to carry out PPM & Reactive work.
Role: Maintenance Electrician
Salary: £38,423 (inc Callout) plus Door to Door travel
Location: Exeter

The Role:
*
Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.

To collate and complete the PPM schedule within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to the laid-down procedures.
*
To prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.
*
To identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Facilities Manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement.

To advise the Facilities Manager of any repair and maintenance issues that are likely to affect the smooth running of the storeBefore You Apply
