Job Description
Randstad C&P are recruiting on behalf of a Global FM client to onboard a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to their team in Manchester covering commercial sites.
The Package:
Contract: Full time, permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 pa depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday
Van: Company van and fuel card
Generous company pension scheme
33 days annual holidays Main Duties:
Ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards.
Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesperson on:
Service and repair of lighting and power distribution systems.
Reactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems.
Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the Client and with respect for the dignity and privacy of the resident group.Candidate Qualifications/Experience
Qualified Electrician with reasonable experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting (NVQ level 3 or equivalent)
City & Guilds or equivalent
18th Edition City and Guilds
You will have experience in electrical power distribution systems, and preferred experience in electrical testing.
Valid UK Driving Licence required.
