Mobile Role Covering Hertfordshire | £32,000 Basic + Van + Benefits
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm | Part of a Growing Mobile Engineering Team
We’re looking for a Mobile Mechanical Improver to join our expanding engineering team working across Hertfordshire. Whether you're newly qualified or have some on-the-tools experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, work alongside experienced engineers, and grow with a supportive company that invests in its people.
The Role:

Support a team of 6 experienced mobile engineers
*
Carry out mechanical maintenance, minor installations, and general repair work
*
Travel to various sites across Hertfordshire (company van + fuel card provided)
*
Assist with reactive and planned maintenance tasks
*
Receive ongoing training and development to progress your career

What We’re Looking For:

Some hands-on mechanical experience (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, pumps, basic building services)

Full UK driving licence

Able to pass DBS clearance (no criminal record)
*
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
