Job Description
Randstad CPE Property Services Team is seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join our team in Finchley, contributing to the maintenance and upkeep of housing properties.
Job description
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from clients.
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
Maintaining accurate records of work completed.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Ordering materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements
We're looking for you, if:
You have proven experience in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering.
You possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
You are proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools.
You have a full, clean driving licence.
You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
You are reliable and have a strong work ethic.
You have experience working in social housing (advantageous).
You possess relevant trade qualifications (advantageous).
What we offer
Salary up to £36,000 per annum.
