Role: Mobile Plant Fitter
Salary: Up to £50,000 basic – Fixed salary, no additional overtime.
Location: Grantham (with travel to surrounding sites)
Rota: Full Time – Days
Looking for a Plant Fitter role that offers independence, variety, and room to grow? We have a mobile role covering several sites
You’ll work independently, fixing and maintaining a range of plant machinery, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.
Key responsibilities for the Mobile Plant Fitter:

Carry out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on plant machinery across multiple sites

Support scheduled maintenance and respond to breakdowns
*
Ensure plant safety, compliance, and reliability

Complete accurate reports on repairs, faults, and parts usage
*
Represent the business professionally while working independently
