Location: North West, Penrith – South West, Scotland
Job Type: Permanent
Overview:
Unify are excited to be partnering with a leading construction plant hire business who are seeking a Plant Fitter to work across the North West covering Penrith to South West, Scotland.
As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be tasked with maintaining and rectify faults on construction plant equipment, including diagnosing faults, repairs and servicing.
What do I need?
* Strong background in plant or construction equipment maintenance.
* Strong organisational, time keeping and communication skills
* NVQ Level 2 / 3 or equivalent qualification in construction plant mechanics / similar.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on a range of plant machinery and equipment.
* Carry out servicing and repairs of plant machinery
* To be responsible for responding to equipment breakdowns across coverage area
* Ensure high standards of equipment and safety are carried out
* Perform servicing in line with manufacturers' specifications and standardsBefore You Apply
