We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Mobile SMART Repairer based in Thurrock, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals seeking to expand their skillset and work outside of the traditional workshop environment. The successful individual will join a dynamic team and benefit from a competitive salary package, company vehicle, and flexible working hours.
 
Benefits of the Mobile SMART Repairer:

Competitive salary of £45,000 to £50,000 per annum
Fully equipped company van for work and personal use
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with Saturday shifts (alternate Saturday mornings or 1 in 4 full Saturdays)
Tools provided, with permission to use personal hand tools for certain repairs
Opportunity to work at customer locations, including homes and workplaces
Supportive and professional work environmentDuties of the Mobile SMART Repairer:

Repairing customer vehicles at their locations, including homes and workplaces
Conducting SMART repairs, such as bumper stripping and fitting, plastic repairs, and touch-ups
Maintaining high standards of repair quality and customer satisfaction
Ensuring work complies with health and safety regulations as the Mobile SMART Repairer
Managing repairs efficiently to meet deadlines and customer expectations
Providing excellent customer service during site visits and repairsRequirements of the Mobile SMART Repairer:

Proven experience as a SMART Repairer or Mobile Body Technician
Full UK driving licence with a clean record
Good organisation skills and ability to work independently
Versatile skills in car repairs, including plastic bumper repairs, refinishing, and touch-ups
Ability to pass relevant skills assessments and interviews
