Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Mobile Supervisor to oversee the delivery of facilities maintenance services. As the Mobile Supervisor, you will manage and lead a team to ensure the smooth running of electrical, mechanical, and general building services. This is a mobile position, offering you the flexibility to work across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate a team of engineers, delivering electrical, mechanical, and general building services across various locations
Manage reactive and planned maintenance tasks to minimize disruption and ensure operational continuity.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support to the team, offering guidance and troubleshooting when needed.
Maintain accurate records, including documentation, reports, and compliance paperwork.
Lead the team to promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Be flexible with occasional weekend work and overtime as required to meet service demands.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within facilities management, with a background in either electrical, mechanical, or multi-disciplinary services.
Strong technical knowledge in building services and maintenance.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high levels of productivity and safety.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach to work.
Full driving license and flexibility to travel between sites.
