Mobilisation Project Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mobilisation Project Manager to join our client's team!
FTC to start with, with potential to go permanent.
Salary - £65,000 - £70,000
Full time hours, Monday to Friday.
City of London, travel across London required and working from home.
The role of Mobilisation Project Manager is to ensure that new contracts are successfully onboarded according to client specifications, facilitating a smooth transition to Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that new contracts are successfully onboarded according to customer expectations and agreed specifications, facilitating a smooth transition to the Operations teams
Provide clearly outlined project plans for all onboarding activity.
Work in partnership with operational leads to ensure project plans are adhered to and timelines met to ensure successful mobilisation.
Work closely with the People Change team to ensure mobilisation plans are aligned to people onboarding processes/ legislative requirements.
To work closely with both Business Development/ the Bid Team to ensure customer requirements are met and understood.Experience
Experience in the successful mobilisation of contracts, within a Security/Facilities Management environment or similar
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders with a matrix structure. Skills/ Qualification:
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential along with the ability to interpret and analyse data
Ideally PRINCE 2 qualified or similar project management qualificationsCompetencies:
Strong, effective, and competent communicator and presenter
Strong commercial awareness
Ability to managed stakeholders both internally and externally
A collaborative approachOther Considerations:
· Mobile to travel across the UK
