Model Booker – Maternity Cover FTC (June 2026)
Edgbaston (Office-based) | Fixed Term Contract | 30 hours per week | £13 per hour (£27k pro rata)
We are seeking an organised, proactive and fashion-savvy Model Booker to join our busy agency team on a maternity cover contract until June 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience running a busy temp desk or working in a fast-paced bookings environment, who has a genuine interest in fashion and beauty.
Key responsibilities
* Coordinating model bookings from start to finish
* Submitting model confirmations, shortlists and lightboxes to clients
* Onboarding and supporting new talent
* Making sales calls to existing and new clients
* Managing client and talent communication, including occasional evening and weekend check-ins via mobile
About you
* Previous experience running a busy temp desk, or in a similar bookings/agency role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive approach with confidence in building client relationships
* Passion for fashion, beauty and talent management
* Comfortable working office-based with no remote working
The details
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm or 10am–5pm (with one-hour lunch) – 30 hours per week
* Pay: £13 per hour (£27k pro rata)
* Contract: Fixed term until June 2026 (Maternity Cover)
* Location: Office in Edgbaston (no remote working)
* Equipment: Mobile and laptop provided
* Start date: Immediate
