We're Hiring: Modern Slavery Outreach Advocate 🌟
📍 West Midlands (with some travel)
💷 Salary: £24,315 - £26,917 (DOE)
🕒 Full-time, Permanent | Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Do you want to make a real difference supporting survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking? 💛 This is a rewarding but challenging role where you'll provide vital emotional and practical support to help people rebuild safe and independent lives.
✨ What you'll do:
Support victims (men, women & children) with recovery & access to specialist services 🌍
Manage caseloads including risk/needs assessments, safety planning & reviews 🗂️
Help clients access their ECAT entitlements & community support 💬
Work closely with partner agencies to provide tailored, holistic support 🤝
👀 What we're looking for:
Experience working with vulnerable adults/children & safeguarding 🛡️
Strong resilience, empathy & ability to work in fast-paced environments ⚡
Full driving licence & willingness to travel 🚗
