Brandesburton, East Yorkshire

CIS or PAYE options available

Various rates for day and nights, CIS and PAYE rates

Temporary to Permanent options available

Days 8.00am to 4:30pm

Nights 5.00pm to 01.30 am

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and semi skilled joiners, to join a busy and growing team based in Brandesburton. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Modular Joiner seeking a temporary to permanent position with consistent daytime hours and the opportunity to secure long term employment.

As a Modular Joiner, you will be responsible for carrying out high quality joinery work within a modular construction environment, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while meeting production deadlines. The successful Modular Joiner will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the manufacture and assembly of modular buildings in a safe and efficient manner. This Modular Joiner role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast paced production environment. Key responsibilities

• Carry out first and second fix joinery within modular units

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Install doors, windows, flooring, wall panels, fixtures and fittings

• Complete work to a consistently high standard of quality

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment

• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the production team

Skills and experience required

Essential

• Previous experience working as a Modular Joiner, Joiner or Carpenter

• Strong joinery skills with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to read and work from technical drawings

• Competent using a range of hand and power tools

• Good understanding of health and safety in a manufacturing or construction environment

• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
