About the Role:
Manpower is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Temporary Moffett Driver to support our client delivery and material handling operations. The ideal candidate will have experience operating truck-mounted forklifts (Moffett) and be comfortable loading/unloading materials in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate HGV (Class 1 or Class 2) and Moffett equipment to transport and unload goods at customer sites.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with company and legal standards.
Load and unload deliveries using the Moffett forklift, ensuring load safety and balance.
Deliver goods to a range of customer locations including construction sites, depots, and residential addresses.
Maintain accurate delivery logs, paperwork, and vehicle condition reports.
Comply with all transport laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
Always represent the company professionally with customers and the public.Requirements:
Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence.
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
Moffett certification (RTITB or HIAB).
Clean driving record and strong understanding of load securing and road safety.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.Preferred:
Experience in delivering building materials or construction-related goods.Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 7am to 4:30pm and Friday 7am to 4pmBefore You Apply
