An opportunity has arisen for a Montessori Teacher to join a reputable nursery, creating a safe, nurturing, and enjoyable environment to assist children in settling and fostering their developmental growth.
As a Montessori Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating, safe and caring setting that supports children’s learning and development.
This full-time permanent role offers salary range of £25,000 - £30,300 and benefits.
You Will Be Responsible For
Working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the smooth daily running of the nursery
Supporting the personal care and well-being of children under five
Preparing and maintaining a purposeful learning environment
Observing, planning, and assessing children’s progress in line with EYFS standards
Building strong relationships with parents and carers, ensuring open and professional communication
Following safeguarding practices and adhering to nursery policies and procedures
What We Are Looking For
Previously worked as a Montessori Teacher, Nursery Teacher, Early Years Teacher, Pre-School Teacher, Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role.
Previous experience of 1 year within a Montessori setting
Background of working with children under the age of five in a nursery environment
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
A recognised Montessori Diploma
A clear and current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate
