Looking for a fresh start with a team that values excellence just as much as experience? Bright Side Recruitment is assisting a highly regarded, well established Mortgage business in their search for a full-time Mortgage Administrator.

The company is based in Erith, Kent and the opportunity is being offered on a full time, permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm. There is also the option of working on a ‘Hybrid’ (3 days from 5) structure after a qualifying period.
If you’ve got at least 12 months of Mortgage Administration experience…..you love using tech, have a way with words, and a sharp eye for details, we are sure they would love to meet you.
What You'll Do
* Manage mortgage applications from start to finish—keeping things organised, accurate, and stress-free for our clients from submission through to completion
* Keep everyone in the loop, whether it’s clints, lenders, or solicitors. Clear, upbeat communication is a must
* Stay on top of digital tools, CRMs, and new apps. If something can be done faster or better, we want your ideas
* Handle the odd hiccup with a cool head and a can-do attitude. We’re all about teamwork and lending a hand when things get busy
What We're After
* At least a year’s experience in mortgage admin or something similar
* Previous experience in (or exposure to) Buy to Let mortgage schemes
* An understanding of SPV and/or HMO mortgages
* Confidence when speaking with landlords
* Tech savvy—you’re the type who enjoys learning new digital tricks
* Great communicator: you can keep things clear and friendly, whether in person or online
* Organised, reliable, and ready to be part of a supportive, relaxed team
