About the Role
As a Specialist Mortgage Administrator, you’ll act as the backbone of the process—placing deals with lenders and owning the journey through to completion.
Expect interesting cases, large case sizes (£2-£3 million average) and complex structures. You’ll be empowered to think for yourself, solve problems fast, and ensure client outcomes are top tier.
Specialist Mortgage Administrator Key Responsibilities
* Place mortgage and finance cases with suitable lenders
* Manage all stages of the deal from placement through to completion
* Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to keep the process moving
* Proactively chase outstanding documentation and keep cases progressing
* Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met
* Act as the point of contact for all post-submission queries
* Provide exceptional service to clients and brokers
