The Opportunity
Based in a busy Thanet branch, you’ll receive 7–10 new first appointments each week. You’ll advise on residential, remortgage and buy-to-let cases—often with property values up to £750,000—while benefiting from a strong remortgage pipeline and an established client base. Working closely with in-branch colleagues, you’ll convert enquiries into successful applications and deliver a service that drives referrals and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
You will deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to clients across Kent, managing your pipeline efficiently and maintaining rigorous FCA compliance. Your approach will be transparent and client-centred, with proactive collaboration alongside estate-agency introducers to sustain consistent activity and maximise performance.
What’s on Offer
You’ll receive a basic salary up to £28,000 (DOE) plus a car or car allowance and uncapped commission. Realistic earnings are £45,000 in year one, rising to £65,000+ in year two. With 7–10 quality appointments each week, a constant flow of remortgage opportunities, full administration support, and ongoing training, you’ll have the platform to achieve long-term success within an award-winning Kent network.
Candidate Requirements
You must be CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified to at least Level 1, with a proven track record as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker in a target-driven environment. You’ll bring strong product knowledge, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
