Are you a CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor looking to make a real impact? Our client, a leading financial platform, is seeking a dedicated Mortgage Advisor to join their Second Charge Mortgage team in Manchester. As a Mortgage Advisor, you'll be accountable for:
Reaching out to qualified leads online.
Reviewing applications and providing tailored mortgage advice.
Advising on second charge mortgages using company software.
Staying updated on lender criteria and regulations.
Building customer relationships and exceeding sales targets.
Working with with case managers.
Contributing to process improvements.Package and Benefits:

OTE of £60k - £70k with a basic salary up to £42k plus bonuses.
£3k sign-on bonus (£1k/month for three months).

The ideal Mortgage Advisor should have:
CeMAP Qualified and experience with 2nd charge products.
