£27,000–£31,000 basic (incl. car allowance)
Up to £1,000 per month for first 6 months

Overview
A top-performing estate agency branch in Northampton is seeking an experienced, CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join their high-volume, market-leading team. All leads are provided, offering a realistic earning potential of £75,000–£90,000+.
This role suits a motivated advisor looking for strong lead flow, excellent support, and a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive 10–12 warm leads per week
* Provide whole-of-market mortgage & protection advice
* Write 2–3 cases per week, avg. £2,500 per case
* Handle remortgage opportunities from a large client base
* Keep up to date with lender criteria & compliance
Requirements
* CeMAP (essential)
* 12+ months’ mortgage advisory experience
* Strong whole-of-market knowledge
* Excellent communication and customer skills
* Clean credit & full UK driving licence

* Up to £45k guaranteed earnings during onboarding
* Uncapped commission + admin/compliance support
