Cameron James Professional Recruitment is representing a leading national estate-agency-led mortgage brokerage that is now seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker for its high-performing Harrow branch.

The Opportunity
As a Mortgage Advisor in Harrow, you will work within a busy estate agency environment delivering whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new buyers, existing clients, and remortgage prospects. You will have direct access to 8–10 warm leads per week from in-branch enquiries and digital channels, alongside a large untapped database for further opportunities.
Advisors in this location benefit from a supportive management structure, full administrative and compliance backing, and a commission model designed for high performance, with typical case earnings ranging from £300 to £750 and no validation threshold.
What You’ll Receive
You will receive a basic salary between £27,000 and £31,000 including car allowance, supported by financial guarantees for the first six months to ensure a smooth transition. With strong commission rates and quality leads, advisors regularly achieve £50,000 in Year 1 and £80,000+ from Year 2 onwards. Full whole-of-market access, comprehensive protection offerings and a clear development pathway provide long-term career stability in a highly active property market.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide regulated mortgage and protection advice, convert warm enquiries into written business, complete detailed affordability assessments and progress cases from application to completion. You will work collaboratively with the estate agency team to maximise referrals, maintain high compliance standards and build long-term client relationships that support repeat business and protection penetration.
About You
To succeed in this Harrow Mortgage Advisor position, you must be CeMAP-qualified (or equivalent) with previous experience offering regulated mortgage advice. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage a busy workload and confidence in converting high-quality leads are essential. You must hold a full UK driving licence with a clean credit and criminal record. Estate-agency experience is desirable but not essential.
