Overview
A leading national estate agency is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join its high-performing branch in Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a CeMAP-qualified professional looking for strong lead flow, competitive earnings and long-term career progression.
With average property prices around £330,000, high monthly sales volumes and consistent buyer enquiries, this branch provides a reliable source of warm, pre-qualified mortgage leads. Advisors enjoy a competitive basic salary up to £31,000 and realistic earnings between £55,000 – £70,000.
The Role
Working from the Aylesbury estate agency office, you will provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients. You will manage buyer enquiries, conduct detailed fact-finds, recommend suitable products and oversee applications through to completion.
You will work closely with estate agency colleagues to convert referrals, generate repeat business and maintain excellent client service. Advisors typically write 2–3 mortgages per week, with minimum earnings of £250 per completed case.
