Role Overview
Based within a busy estate agency office, you will be responsible for delivering whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to a steady stream of new and existing clients. Advisors typically conduct more than ten appointments per week, benefiting from over seven fresh leads every week, alongside access to a large, established client database that supports ongoing remortgage and repeat business opportunities.
Working closely with the branch sales team, you will convert referrals, manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion and maintain a high standard of compliance and customer service. The environment suits advisors who enjoy building strong relationships and consistently achieving excellent conversion results.

This role provides realistic earnings of more than £50,000 in your first year, rising to £65,000 and beyond with experience. You will benefit from a competitive basic salary including car allowance, financial guarantees for your first five months and industry-leading commission rates ranging from 10% to 25% of bankings.

Ideal Candidate
You must be fully CeMAP-qualified (or equivalent) with at least 18 months’ experience in a regulated mortgage advisory position. Strong communication skills, confidence in delivering whole-of-market advice and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment are key attributes for success. CAS status is beneficial but not essential, as full support will be provided. A full UK driving licence, clean credit history and no unspent criminal convictions are required.
Performance & Earnings Expectations
Advisors typically write two to three cases per week, with an average broker fee of £1,500 and annual banking levels between £100,000 and £110,000. The top performers in this branch consistently exceed £70,000. This is a highly active office that rewards motivated advisors with excellent earning potential.
