Home-Based New Build Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – Lancashire – High Earnings
Location: Lancashire (Preston, Blackpool, Blackburn, Burnley, Lancaster, Chorley, Bolton, Wigan, Warrington, Manchester)
Salary: Up to £29,000 basic (including car allowance)
OTE: £55,000–£70,000 (high earnings)

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with a national brokerage seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join its expanding new build & shared ownership team across Lancashire and the North West. This home-based position offers flexibility, career growth and consistent lead flow.
Benefits:
• Home-based role with full equipment provided
• 10–12 new build & shared ownership leads weekly
• 10%–25% commission + 6-month financial guarantee
• OTE £55,000–£70,000 (high earnings)
• Work with major developers across the North West
The Role:
• Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice
• Manage new build & shared ownership enquiries
• Convert 1–2 completions per week
• Build relationships with developers across Preston, Blackpool, Bolton, Wigan and Lancaster
• Deliver exceptional client service in a fully home-based environment
Requirements:
• CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor / Broker
• Ideally CAS status
• Experience in new build or shared ownership beneficial
• Based in Lancashire/North West
• Excellent communication skills
• Clean credit and full UK driving licence
