Who We’re Looking For:

  1. Qualified Mortgage Advisor (CeMAP or equivalent) with experience, or early-career advisor with around 1 year of experience and a strong desire to learn.

  2. Ambitious, sales-driven, and motivated to succeed.

  3. Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.

  4. Long-term mindset – someone looking to grow and develop alongside the business.

  5. Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work independently while collaborating with the team.
