Home-Based / Remote – Covering Bedfordshire: Luton, Bedford, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, Biggleswade, Sandy, and surrounding areas.
Salary: £25,500 - £30,000 Basic + Full Admin Support + Uncapped Commission
On Target Earnings (OTE): £55,000 - £70,000+

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice to clients across Bedfordshire and remotely
* Handle 15–20 new quality leads weekly passed through marketing, introducers, and internal referrals
* Advise on residential, remortgages, first-time buyer, and buy-to-let mortgages
* Deliver compliant and professional advice in accordance with FCA regulations
* Liaise with lenders, underwriters, and administrators to progress mortgage applications
* Work collaboratively with a supportive team of brokers and mortgage administrators
About You:
We are looking for a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker who is passionate, motivated and eager to take control of their career and earnings.
CeMAP or equivalent qualification
CAS status preferred (but not essential)
Proven experience providing regulated mortgage advice
Backgrounds from DA, AR, banking, or estate agency will be considered
Excellent telephone manner, written communication, and organisational skills
Able to work autonomously and manage your own diary
Based in or near Bedfordshire (e.g., Luton, Bedford, Dunstable, Biggleswade, etc.)
