This is an exceptional opportunity for a fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker who is seeking a hybrid working environment, an abundance of pre-qualified hot leads, and the ability to truly manage your own diary without micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities:
As a high-performing Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, you will:
* Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice for residential purchases, remortgages, first-time buyers, and buy-to-let.
* Deliver protection advice including life insurance, income protection, and critical illness cover.
* Work closely with a high-performing estate agency branch to handle hot pre-qualified leads from loyal introducers.
* Manage your own diary and choose to work hybrid, from home or the office—whatever suits your schedule and clients.
* Offer product transfers and remortgage reviews to a well-established existing client base.
* Maintain compliance with FCA guidelines while delivering an outstanding client experience.
* Drive revenue by cross-selling suitable protection products to maximise case values.

Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker who can demonstrate:
* Minimum CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification such as MAQ, CF1 & CF6
* CAS status preferred (Competent Adviser Status), or near to sign-off
* At least 12 months of mortgage advising experience, ideally with both mortgage and protection knowledge
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* A clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving licence
* Living within commutable distance to Saddleworth is preferred (but not essential)
