Experienced Mortgage Advisor – Crewe | High Earnings Opportunity
Location: Crewe, Cheshire
Basic Salary: Up to £29,000 + Car Allowance
OTE: £70,000+ (Uncapped High Earnings)

Are you an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker seeking a high-earnings career move? We’re recruiting for a prestigious, award-winning estate agency in Crewe with warm leads, admin support, and uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice face-to-face and remotely
* Convert high-quality leads from in-branch referrals and existing clients
* Ensure FCA-compliant advice and maintain high service standards
* Build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
You’ll Need To Have:
* CeMAP qualification (minimum Level 1)
* A successful track record in mortgage sales
* Excellent communication and sales skills
* Knowledge of lender criteria and protection products
What’s On Offer:
* Up to £29,000 basic salary + car allowance
* Uncapped commission – realistic OTE £70,000+
* Up to £600/month guarantee for the first 6 months
* Warm leads from an established estate agency branch
* Full admin support, pension, life cover, and CPD
