Location: Rickmansworth
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 Basic + Monthly Bonuses – OTE £50,000 – £60,000 (High Earnings Potential £100k+)

Exciting Opportunity for a Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Advisor in Rickmansworth
Our client, a respected independent Mortgage Brokerage in Rickmansworth, is looking for an experienced and motivated Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Advisor to join their busy team. With strong estate agency and new build developer links, you’ll benefit from a constant flow of 3–5 new appointments every day and full admin support, giving you the chance to focus purely on advising clients and achieving high earnings.
The Role
* Advise clients on whole-of-market mortgage products.
* Manage 15–25 new enquiries weekly, with all leads provided.
* Conduct detailed fact finds to meet client needs.
* Refer protection cases to the dedicated protection team.
* Supported by an admin team who process all cases and chase lenders.
* Targeted to write around 20 mortgages a month, with realistic high earnings of £50k–£60k OTE, and top performers earning £100k+.
Candidate Requirements
* Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with CAS status.
* Proven track record as a Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Advisor.
* Highly driven, ambitious, and motivated by success and high earnings.
* Strong client service and communication skills.
* New build mortgage experience preferred but not essential.
