Nottingham – Hybrid (3 days office / 2 home)
£27,000 – £30,000 (DOE) + OTE £50,000–£70,000+
Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm | Full-time, Permanent
Eaton Syalon are recruiting for a leading, award-winning financial services business expanding its Remortgage Advice Division.
This role is ideal for CeMAP-qualified Advisors who want to focus on quality advice, not chasing leads supported by pre-qualified clients, case management, and protection teams.
Key Points:
* Deliver compliant, client-focused remortgage advice
* Same-day case submissions & high right-first-time rates
* Warm, pre-qualified leads only
* Fast-paced, phone-based environment
About You:
* CeMAP (or equivalent)
* Remortgage & product transfer experience
* Detail-driven, confident communicator
Package:
* £27,000–£30,000 base + OTE £50,000–£70,000+ (uncapped)
* 20 days’ holiday + bank holidays (rising with service)
* Bonus scheme, socials, pension, referral commission
